Once an order has been placed you have 24 hours to cancel our order without penalty and will receive a full refund. This is a custom made product and goes into production immediately.
Reservations are the only exception and may be canceled up to 6 weeks before your homecoming date without penalty and will receive a full refund
Cancelations within 4 weeks of Homecoming Date with forfeit the 50% deposit
Cancelations within 2 weeks of Homecoming Date are not eligible for a refund
REFUNDS
There are no refunds on custom products. If a product is damaged or there is an error in your order you must notify us within 24 hours. We are not responsible for damages by the shipper and will be handled with carrier.
CHANGES
small changes such as names or upgrades can be handled easily within the week of homecoming. any upgrades or changes such as changing color, additional flowers change of activity etc. will be handled on a case by case basis & may require payment upfront.
